Welcome to Your Mental Health Journey

At Phoenix Restorative Therapy, we believe in the power of psychotherapy to assist people in achieving healing, growth, and personal transformation.

Like the phoenix rising from the ashes, we support individuals, of all ages, in overcoming challenges and rediscovering their personal strengths. We are a neurodiversity-affirming practice that embraces the unique ways each person experiences the world. Our therapists are deeply committed to providing a compassionate, affirming, and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals. We honor and support each person's identity and lived experience, and we are proud to serve queer and gender-diverse communities with care and respect. Our psychotherapy services provide a compassionate and supportive space to explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change. Whether you are working through anxiety, healing from trauma, exploring your identity, or pursuing personal growth, we are here to help you restore balance and move forward with confidence.

We work with caregivers of all kinds—including foster, adoptive, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse families—to strengthen relationships and build strategies that support the whole family’s well-being.

Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others who share similar experiences. Our groups provide a sense of belonging, reduce isolation, and help participants learn and grow through shared stories and skills. Whether focused on identity, relationships, healing, or personal growth, each group is led by a compassionate therapist who fosters safety, respect, and community. We offer seasonal and ongoing groups for youth, teens, and adults.

    Relationship Therapy

We offer relationship therapy for couples and people in multi-partner or polyamorous relationships. Our therapists provide a supportive, affirming space to explore communication, connection, boundaries, and healing—honoring the unique dynamics of each relationship structure.

  • Social Skills Groups

Our social skills groups help children and teens build confidence, emotional awareness, and stronger peer connections in a fun and supportive environment. Through structured activities, role play, games, and real-world practice, participants learn tools for communication, cooperation, problem-solving, and self-regulation. Groups are designed by age and developmental stage, and are especially supportive for neurodivergent youth, including those with ADHD or autism. We offer these groups seasonally, including special sessions during the summer.
